All services are subject to a separate service agreement or engagement letter provided at the time of engagement.

2. Appointments & Bookings

By booking an appointment through our website or by phone, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate and complete information when scheduling
• You will notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule
• Repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future appointments
• Appointment times are in Eastern Time (ET)

4. Fees & Payment

Service fees will be communicated prior to the commencement of any service. Fees vary depending on the complexity and scope of services rendered. Payment is due at the time of service unless a separate payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.

Gator Agent reserves the right to withhold completed work, documents, or filings until payment is received in full. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and are generally not available once services have been rendered.
